| In order to combine the usage of technology with science education, activities have been designed to utilize software analyzing digital images in experiments related to natural phenomena and the local environment.
There are two types of activities:
Challenges -- Short classroom experiments that can be finished within an class period or less.
Investigations -- Lengthier, more complicated experiments that require more involvement and may take several classroom sessions to complete.
Both types of activities encourage interest in science and provide students with fun, interactive ways of learning new skills and getting to know the natural world! |
