The Lawrence Hall of Science is an exciting place for preschoolers to explore, play, and learn. Drop in to visit exhibits, enroll in a weekly class, celebrate your birthday, or spend some of your summer with us in camps.
Exhibits
- Have fun in KidsLab, a multisensory play area just for children in kindergarten and younger.
- Play with sand and water in the Forces That Shape the Bay outdoor exhibit.
- Visit the Animal Discovery Room and get to know our friendly animals.
Classes
LHS classes embrace young children’s desire to explore and learn through their senses. Our hands-on classes are integrated with developmentally appropriate stories, games, role playing, and movement activities. We offer several parent/participation classes, too.
