Exhibit
Discover science, get creative, and develop new skills in this exhibit designed for your little explorers!
Nurture your future scientists’ innate curiosity in our Young Explorers Area, designed specifically for visitors 6 and under (and their grown-ups). Discover how different-shaped mirrors can warp your reflection, explore velocity and trajectory in Ramps & Rollers, design and build structures, and more!
Scientists use their knowledge of air to do things like land safely with a parachute, fly planes, stabilize helicopters, and much more. Can you do the same with our wind tube?
Explore gravity, trajectory, and more by testing out different types of ramps. Make your ball do a loop-de-loop, try for the right speed to ring a bell, and more!
Cogs and gears are important mechanical parts of machines like clocks, cars, and more. See how gears fit together and make your own connections!
Did you know different-shaped mirrors can change the reflection you see? Discover how you can stretch, shrink, and warp your reflection in these special mirrors.
