This course description is coming soon! This course is part of our Leadership Essentials for Organizational Systems Change program, which is rooted in our belief that the capacity to achieve lasting systems change for racial equity depends on our capacity for personal growth, interpersonal effectiveness, and values-aligned leadership. This three-course certificate program offers skills development and resources in the areas of socio-emotional resilience, leadership development approaches, and strategies for systems change rooted in your individual sphere of influence. The program is made up of three sequential learning opportunities: 1) Building Socio-Emotional Resilience; 2) Collaboration, Feedback, and Accountability; and 3) Designing an Action Plan. Each course builds upon the previous one, and participants that successfully complete all three courses will receive a certificate of completion of the Leadership Essentials for Organizational Systems Change program.
