Krista Woodward is a teacher in Santa Clara Unified School District. She served as a primary liaison for Santa Clara Unified School District in the IPT project. She worked closely with the district’s IPT teacher leaders throughout their implementation of the IPT practices. Krista collaborated with the Lawrence PL team to design PL plans for the teacher leaders that met their unique needs as well as the district’s goals. Krista also worked on other district projects and with other teachers outside of IPT in support of their elementary science curriculum implementation. Prior to joining the IPT project, Krista was a classroom science teacher, an Integrated Middle School Science Partnership (IMSS) participant, teacher leader, and NGSS CA Rollout presenter, assisting colleagues with unpacking and implementing Next Generation Science standards.
