This course invites participants to reground in their purpose and values, deepen their awareness of belief systems and how these show up in the workplace, and gain the tools to strengthen their relationships with self and others using the frameworks of Nonviolent Communication and Positive Intelligence.

This course is part of our Leadership Essentials for Organizational Systems Change program, which is rooted in our belief that the capacity to achieve lasting systems change for racial equity depends on our capacity for personal growth, interpersonal effectiveness, and values-aligned leadership.

This three-course certificate program offers skills development and resources in the areas of socio-emotional resilience, leadership development approaches, and strategies for systems change rooted in your individual sphere of influence. The program is made up of three sequential learning opportunities: 1) Building Socio-Emotional Resilience; 2) Collaboration, Feedback, and Accountability; and 3) Designing an Action Plan.
