The Biotechnology Careers video series highlights the wide range of problems that biotechnology can be used to solve. From human health to sustainable fashion to plant-based meats to agriculture and climate change, biotech professionals are applying knowledge of the inner workings of living organisms to design innovative solutions to important problems.

This series was created through a partnership with 6th grade students and teachers in Berkeley and San Leandro, California and was made possible with funding from the Bayer Fund. The videos are part of instructional resources for middle school classrooms, and were used in conjunction with hands-on biotech activities. We will be adding additional resources related to these experiences soon.
