Want to learn more about the sun and use engineering to solve problems? Join us for a free Hands-on Solar Camp this summer! Open to all current 7th and 8th grade students. We will be using teamwork and collaboration to solve problems and create solutions. Choose your session and join us for two weeks of fun where we will meet scientists and engineers, investigate sustainability practices, build solar devices and more! Registration now closed.
Anna Gomberg is a Senior Program Manager for Solar Education. Anna taught Science for 15 years in Oakland at Skyline High School and in the UK, where she grew up. She enjoys focusing on Environmental Science, especially Solar Engineering, and has partnered with We Share Solar as a classroom teacher, summer camp teacher, and curriculum developer. She loves meeting and working with passionate and curious youth who are interested in learning about the environment and the role they can play as individuals, citizens, and future professionals in working towards an environmentally just world for all people.
