This series on mental health was created through a partnership of the Greater Good Science Center, Bay Area Community Resources, and The Lawrence, with an aim of connecting youth with professionals and providing a resource for their community.
Bay Area teens share what mental health means to them, talk about what their experience of the pandemic has been, as well as discuss ways in which they can help improve mental health in their community.
An Antioch High School teen named Giovanni interviews Maryam Abdullah, PhD, the Parenting Program Director at The Greater Good Science Center. They talk about mental health and strategies to be resilient during difficult times. Watch the full interview with Giovanni and Dr. Abdullah on YouTube.
