Why do squirrels hide their food? Why do lions and tuna live in groups? In this camp, 5th and 6th graders become real-life animal scientists! Campers will observe animals in The Lawrence’s Animal Discovery Zone—meeting friends like Paco the Chinchilla and Melbourne the Bearded Dragon. They’ll come up with their own questions about animal behavior and design experiments to find answers. Along the way, campers will learn real scientific investigation skills, explore animal habits, and discover the secrets of the natural world.
