This session introduces a diagnostic tool to assess district-wide capacity for operationalizing AI Literacy for all, from assessing classroom realities to securing sustainable support and resourcing for long-term systems change. Participants will explore the mindset shifts and institutional supports needed to turn AI integration into a system-reinforcing practice, leaving you with concrete next steps for planning strategic implementation and resourcing.

This workshop is the second of four free workshops brought to you by our K-12 Network for Advancing AI Literacy! We encourage participants to attend as many sessions as possible.
