The series is designed for emerging change makers, early-career educators, and folks navigating big shifts in their leadership. We welcome people who want to get clearer on their strengths, patterns, and next-level growth. In this first workshop of the series, you’ll move beyond a single leadership moment and start mapping your leadership more fully. Using reflection and small-group inquiry, you’ll identify what fuels you, what conditions shape your presence, and how you tend to act when you’re at your best. By treating your experiences as “leadership data,” you’ll create a personalized leadership map and begin to see a clearer signal about who you are as a leader right now. Facilitator Jenny de la Hoz believes leadership begins with knowing who you are and what you stand for. As a facilitator, coach, and consultant, she creates spaces where people can reflect, ask important questions, and develop the confidence to turn their values into action. Her work focuses on leadership, learning, and helping people create meaningful change in their lives, organizations, and communities.
