Next Gen Change Makers: Series “Teaser” Session Free session! Sessions: 1 session Workshop Schedule #1 Thursday, September 10, 2026 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM PT Enrollment Required Please log in to check your access or register for this workshop. Join us for a FREE 1-hour “teaser” session to preview our upcoming series: Next Gen Change Makers. The series is designed for emerging change makers, early-career educators, and folks navigating big shifts in their leadership. We welcome people who want to get clearer on their strengths, patterns, and next-level growth. In this one-hour session, you’ll choose a real moment where you influenced a person, decision, or the vibe in the room and treat it like data. You’ll sketch what was happening, what you did, and what shifted, then use light peer reflection to notice early “signals” about how you tend to lead. This isn’t about fixing your leadership in an hour—it’s about seeing that you already have patterns worth studying. If that glimpse leaves you wondering what else is underneath, the four-part series goes deeper into mapping more moments, naming your leadership identity, reading the systems around you, and trying small leadership experiments in your real context. We encourage folks to join this session to see if the upcoming, 4-part series is a good fit for them and their leadership journey! Facilitator Jenny de la Hoz believes leadership begins with knowing who you are and what you stand for. As a facilitator, coach, and consultant, she creates spaces where people can reflect, ask important questions, and develop the confidence to turn their values into action. Her work focuses on leadership, learning, and helping people create meaningful change in their lives, organizations, and communities. If you require accommodation for a disability for effective communication (ASL interpreting/CART captioning, alternative media formats, etc.) or information about campus mobility access features in order to fully participate in this event, please contact us via email with as much advance notice as possible and at least 7-10 days in advance of the event.
