Next Gen Change Makers: Constructing Your Leadership Identity Price: $150 Sessions: 1 session Workshop Schedule #1 Thursday, October 15, 2026 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM PT Enrollment Required Please log in to check your access or purchase this workshop. The series is designed for emerging change makers, early-career educators, and folks navigating big shifts in their leadership. We welcome people who want to get clearer on their strengths, patterns, and next-level growth. In this session, you’ll build on your leadership map and start putting language to who you are as a leader. Through reflection, peer feedback, and simple evidence-based prompts, you’ll draft and test a leadership identity statement grounded in real moments, not buzzwords. You’ll leave with a sharper sense of how you want to show up, where you’re growing, and how your identity can guide you as we shift into looking at the systems around you in the next session. Facilitator Jenny de la Hoz believes leadership begins with knowing who you are and what you stand for. As a facilitator, coach, and consultant, she creates spaces where people can reflect, ask important questions, and develop the confidence to turn their values into action. Her work focuses on leadership, learning, and helping people create meaningful change in their lives, organizations, and communities. If you require accommodation for a disability for effective communication (ASL interpreting/CART captioning, alternative media formats, etc.) or information about campus mobility access features in order to fully participate in this event, please contact us via email with as much advance notice as possible and at least 7-10 days in advance of the event.
