Next Gen Change Makers: Seeing the System

The series is designed for emerging change makers, early-career educators, and folks navigating big shifts in their leadership. We welcome people who want to get clearer on their strengths, patterns, and next-level growth.

This session is about stepping back and seeing the bigger picture. Participants will map one system affecting their leadership experience, then look for patterns, barriers, and power dynamics that keep showing up. By the end, participants have a clearer picture of how systems shape outcomes and where equity issues are showing up.

Facilitator

Jenny de la Hoz believes leadership begins with knowing who you are and what you stand for. As a facilitator, coach, and consultant, she creates spaces where people can reflect, ask important questions, and develop the confidence to turn their values into action. Her work focuses on leadership, learning, and helping people create meaningful change in their lives, organizations, and communities.
