Next Gen Change Makers: Making the Case for Change

The series is designed for emerging change makers, early-career educators, and folks navigating big shifts in their leadership. We welcome people who want to get clearer on their strengths, patterns, and next-level growth.

This session helps participants move from “I’ve noticed a pattern” to “I can name what’s happening and why it matters.” Using claim-evidence-reasoning, participants will build confidence in speaking about systems, equity, and leadership with clarity and purpose. They’ll leave with a stronger voice and a practical next move.

Facilitator

Jenny de la Hoz believes leadership begins with knowing who you are and what you stand for. As a facilitator, coach, and consultant, she creates spaces where people can reflect, ask important questions, and develop the confidence to turn their values into action. Her work focuses on leadership, learning, and helping people create meaningful change in their lives, organizations, and communities.
