Community Resources for Science is teaming up with the Bay Area Science Project and The Lawrence Hall of Science to offer an innovative professional development and peer support opportunity for elementary teachers. With FOSS curriculum as the anchor, participants will learn how to harness the power of high-interest science to spur curiosity-driven, cross-curricular learning that integrates math and language arts. Throughout the year, you’ll be invited to participate in small same-grade cohorts of peer teachers, planning and implementing integrated lessons and sharing your successes, culminating in a celebration of science (and achievement across the curriculum).
